TWO VERSIONS Available in both keel and centerboard / twin rudder versions, the Sun Odyssey 32.2 is notable by its voluminous accommodations and its bright interior. Clearly this boat is made for cruising. The 32.2 features optimal freedom of movement above deck - going forward is done in safety thanks to wide decks and handrails running two meters along the roof. The spacious cockpit is accessed through a swinging transom helmseat and has wheel steering for easy sailing. All sailing control lines are led to a central location. Down below, the number of portholes and the quality of the teak woodwork creates a commodious salon that seats up to six persons. The teak-furnished nav station, with lots of storage and places for electronic displays, fits in perfectly within the salon. The functional L-shaped galley and the forward-facing nav station are well thought out and exceed all expectations on a boat this size.
LOTS OF SPACE The Sun Odyssey 32.2 comes with two large separate double-berth cabins with lots of ventilation. In the aft cabin, a porthole looks out onto the transom for an ocean view. With numerous storage compartments, the spacious yet practical head has a toilet and a shower. Under way, the Sun Odyssey 32.2 is surprising in its lively feel. Its long rudder guarantees an easy helm even in a breeze.
